4. Stabilising Solution
Smooth render and pebbledash receive stabilising solution over the treated and filled face. This re-bonds the surface and normalises absorption before the masonry topcoat goes on.
5. Masonry Topcoat
We apply the correct masonry topcoat for the substrate type — breathable coating on lime render, flexible masonry paint on modern cement render and pebbledash. Two coats as standard.
